Purpose, energy & drive aligned
I offer specialist services to individuals, groups and organisations that want to create safe environments to ignite meaningful change. Through corporate consultancy, career coaching and sound healing, I deliver transformative support with measurable results. I pride myself on being a partner that you can trust.
With a background in Psychology & Human Resources (BA/ ongoing MSc in Organisational Psychology - PSI & CIPD Accredited), corporate People & Culture Leadership and certified Sound Healing (Complementary Medical Association, & trained by Audrey O’Connor), I have combined my unique set of skills to support people in achieving their ambitions without compromising their wellbeing.
My journey
After years of nervous system dysregulation, constant stress and an overactive mind, 2-years ago I set out on a mission to heal and rebalance myself from the inside out. Through Psychotherapy and Energy Healing, I began to regulate my nervous system and reconnect my mind, body and soul.
Once I was able to truly connect, I found the clarity I had been searching for. I was able to get out of my own way and move forward with confidence in my decision-making. This simple change helped me to progress in my corporate career while training to become a Sound Healer in my spare time. I knew I wanted to excel in my ambitions but not at the expense of my wellbeing. So, I worked hard on my own energy protection and how I wanted to show up in my personal and work life.
As a Director of People & Culture, I’ve gained first-hand experience of the problems leaders are faced with in global organisations, the complexities of workplace wellbeing and motivating for success. My aim is to work with people to deliver tailored solutions with tangible results. Blending Sound Healing with my Corporate People & Culture knowledge and Psychology background is something that feels very aligned to me.
Now, I hope to share my experience with you. If you would like to know more about how I can support you in a personalised way, I would love to hear from you!
